Please note that this is an online rental business and staff are not always on-site — a team member will need to travel to meet you, so punctuality is appreciated. No-show fees apply: 100% of the 1-day rental rate for single-day reservations, or 50% of the total reservation cost for multi-day reservations. These charges will be billed to the credit card on file.

Accidental Damage Protection Insurance


Accidental Damage Protection covers unintentional damage to rented equipment during your rental period. Coverage includes accidental drops, spills, and mechanical failure caused by normal use. Coverage does not include theft, loss, intentional damage, misuse, or neglect. Coverage is assessed upon return by Equipment Rentals Ottawa.


All equipment must be returned by the agreed return date in the same condition as received, clean and fully functional. Late returns will be charged at the daily rental rate.

Equipment Rentals Ottawa reserves the right to charge for any damage, excessive wear, or missing parts upon return. Adding this protection does not waive the renter's responsibility for theft or intentional damage.
