Shipping Policy — Noellie
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Print-on-demand items (apparel, jerseys, graphic tees) require an additional 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Canada (Domestic)
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
- Expedited shipping: 3–5 business days after fulfillment
United States
- Standard shipping: 7–14 business days after fulfillment
- Expedited shipping: 4–8 business days after fulfillment
International Orders
- Delivery: 3–5 weeks after fulfillment
- International shipping charge: $26 CAD flat rate
Duties & Taxes For orders shipped outside Canada, duties, customs fees, and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Noellie is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Returns We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we stand behind all of the products that we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can choose between a full refund (minus any shipping charges) or a replacement product.
- All returns must be sent back within 30 days of purchase and must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- All returns require an authorization, which can be obtained by emailing us at customerservicenoellie@outlook.com. Please allow 24 hours for a response.
- Please do not send back your product before you have received an authorization.
